Hello, my name is Ellie, I am an artist and musician living in Marlborough. I have now been living in New Zealand for a year, before that I spent most of my life living in England. I have an A level in Art and have been doing professional portraits for nearly a year now, before that I did a lot of acrylic art on canvas. I find portrait work very rewarding, it’s always lovely to create something that means a lot to people. When I’m not drawing, I spend my time performing music in my duo Free the Girl around New Zealand.

Working as a portrait artist I want to create the finest quality work I can, which is why I use high quality materials, including Faber-Castell Polychromos Colour Pencils, Derwent Graphic pencils, Winsor & Newton Paints and cartridge paper with at least 300 gsm.
